Year 7 Computer Science Legoland Trip

We are thrilled to share an exciting and educational adventure that took place recently at our school. Our Year 7 students had the unique opportunity to embark on a thrilling Computer Science trip to Legoland.

During this extraordinary excursion, we took 40 of our Year 7 students to Legoland for a special robotics workshop. This hands-on experience allowed our students to immerse themselves in the world of robotics, aligning perfectly with their curriculum.

It was an incredible learning opportunity where our students got to apply their classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, sparking their creativity and problem-solving skills. The robotics workshop at Legoland provided an enriching experience that will undoubtedly inspire and motivate our young computer scientists.

We are proud of our students for their active participation and enthusiasm during this trip. We believe that such experiences outside the classroom contribute significantly to their holistic development and understanding of Computer Science.

It was delightful to see so many happy faces and a few students saying ‘this is the best trip I have ever been on in my life’.
