University & Apprenticeship Fair At The Emirates Stadium, Arsenal
BackOn Friday 21st June 2024, Year 12 pupils visited the UK University & Apprenticeship Careers Fair at The Emirates Stadium.
Pupils had the opportunity to engage with over 150+ Universities and employers from across not only the UK but also America, Canada and the E.U. They also had the opportunity to gain an insight into different career paths available to them at some of the biggest companies in Britain, including JP Morgan, Barclays, BT, NHS and the Armed Forces.
Students were keen to find out the difference between going to university full time or taking a Degree Apprenticeship with a large company.
Students spoke to many university ambassadors about the what life would look like for them at their university. They asked about accommodation, sports facilities, the location and the quality of teaching. All of the students came away knowing a little bit more about their preferred university destination.
