University & Apprenticeship Fair for Year 12 Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

In March 2022, 35 Year 12 students had the opportunity to visit the University and Apprenticeship Fair which took place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in North East London.
Over 150 universities and apprenticeship providers were present at this event to help supply students with more details about the courses, the entry requirements and the lifestyle they would expect to find in each particular destination.
Every university had a plethora of information leaflets and handouts as well as, and perhaps more importantly, the important free gifts to entice students to attend their university!
Students said they found the trip really interesting and very informative. Melvin, in Year 12 said, “I now have a much better idea of the university I want to attend thanks to attending this event.”
On 24th June this year, a further 40 Year 12 students will have the opportunity to visit the same event, at the same venue. The aim is to provide all Year 12 students with real life, valuable careers opportunities, where they can meet face-to-face with potential universities and/or apprenticeship providers. This will provide students with a much better idea of the universities they would like to put down as their choices on their UCAS applications.
