A Midsummer Night's Dream performance to Year 7
BackA True Mid-summer Performance!
Year 7 were treated to a comical and thrilling performance of William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream on Friday 8th July.
A theatre troupe from Quantum Theatre put on a fantastic show - full of laughter, silliness and nonsensical romance! When asked about the performance, Year 7 student Lara said “I really enjoyed seeing the themes from the play acted out on the stage. It helped visualise the characters and key parts of the play we read in class!”.
The Year 7 students were impeccably behaved and thoroughly enjoyed watching Shakespeare’s work brought to life in front of their very eyes!
