On the 6^th and 7^th June, Year 10 pupils visited the University of East London to attend a UCAS Discoveries Fair. Representatives from approximately 150 universities had stalls at the event, providing pupils an insight into higher education, its application process, courses on offer, funding and different types of universities.

Pupils provided positive feedback to the event, with one pupil commenting, "I would highly recommend others attending the fair or similar events. It has given me a better understanding of universities. Although I'm not at an age where I shall be applying for universities just yet, today has got me thinking of what I want to do in the future."

With the event taking place at the University of East London, pupils were also able to see what a university campus looks like, with its accommodation and on-site facilities.
