Rewards Trip for 7A

Form 7A were treated to a visit to Namco Funscape's bowling alley on Thursday 29^th February following their excellent behaviour over the Christmas half-term. The competitive spirit was particularly fierce as Mr Uddin, self-proclaimed "National Bowling Champion", was the target to beat for many of his tutees.

The pupils split into teams of five or six, with Mr Uddin, Ms Valisena and Mr Halstead also joining in the fun. Pupils that particularly bowled us over (pun intended) were Daisy, Valentina, Vasyl, and Abdul, but Hana was the clear winner amongst them, with a grand total of 118 points, narrowly beating Mr Halstead. However, using his trigonometry expertise, Maths teacher Mr Uddin was the overall winner, just nudging Hana off of the top spot with 120 points.

All of the pupils had a fantastic time and were very well-behaved. Mr Halstead would like to thank 7A, Mr Uddin, and Ms Valisena for being part of such a wonderful afternoon, and hopes to take another form group on a rewards trip very soon!
