Gresham College

On Tuesday 14^th January, Mr Goodman took a group of Year 12 pupils with an interest in Business and/or Science to watch a lecture titled Science-Based Targets, Greenwashing and Brownscraping: Net Zero in the Private Sector at Gresham College delivered by Professor Myles Allen of the University of Oxford.  Pupils were engaged and contributed with thoughtful questions during the Q&A. The school would like to thank Gresham College for accommodating our group, and the Professor Allen for taking time before and after the lecture to speak to pupils and answer their questions. 

Gresham College was considered the first institute of higher education in London and have been delivering free public lectures since 1597 with the vision of providing new learning to Londoners. The sixth form shall be visiting a number of other lectures at Gresham throughout the academic year.
