SEND Summer Coffee Morning 2026
BackOn Wednesday 8th July, the SEND department hosted its annual Summer Coffee Morning. Parents, external agencies and students who will be joining Year 7 in September were treated to a celebration showcase of the many achievements, activities and experiences their children have enjoyed throughout the year.
It was wonderful to see our students confidently stand up and perform in front of their peers, families and guests. Performances included:
- Year 8 using British Sign Language to welcome guests to the Coffee Morning!
- A group song with all years involved - 'Once I was in Year 7'
- A year 7 presentation on the Bayeux Tapestry
- Joseph performing a drum solo
- Vakaris performing Harry Potter on the keyboard
- Sahibdeep performing on the Dhol followed by singing a Diljit song in Punjabi
- Jaela singing 'Wait a Minute'
- 'Shine from Inside' sung by Joseph, Jessica, Mass and Soujoud
- Ruby - presentation on her work experience
