Year 9 Cricket Champions Again!
BackBarking & Dagenham - Cricket 6-a-Side Championships

Warren are Borough Champions for the 3rd Year running after winning this years Borough Cricket
6-A-Side Championship at Mayesbrook Park.
Played in a round robin format, we beat Barking Abbey, Eastbury & Jo Richardson to claim the trophy again.
In the six-over format, we beat Barking Abbey by 30 runs, Eastbury by 34 runs and Jo Richardson by over 70 runs.
I must make a special mention to two superb cricketers in year 9, Ayaan who took 7 wickets in the tournament and scored over 45 runs and Mohammad who scored over 50 runs as well as keeping wicket brilliantly throughout the tournament. Every player in the team had to bat and bowl, due to the nature of the tournament, and all of them performed with aplomb in every game.
