Year 8 Trip to The Globe Theatre

In Thunder, Lightning and in Rain, Year 8 watch Macbeth be slain!

Over one hundred Year 8 students were lucky enough to enjoy the spectacle of Macbeth, one of Shakespeare's most successful tragedies, live on stage at The Globe Theatre. 

A fantastic performance, packed full of shock, horror and plenty of betrayal awaited the students, who marvelled the 400 year old Shakespearean home of theatre.

Aaron said "I really enjoyed the trip and thought that the play was breathtaking... I was on the edge of my seat!"
