Thirty Year 11 Pupils attended a Post-16 Pathways event as part of London Careers on Wednesday 28^th  February 2024. Pupils were able to gain further insight into different options available to them after Year 11, including vocational courses, school leaver programmes and apprenticeships. Pupils were able to meet and network with employers such as TFL, the Army, BT, MACE Construction, RBS and Deloitte. The trip helped support the school towards meeting the following Gatsby Benchmarks:

1. A stable careers programme
2. Learning from career and labour market information

3. Addressing the needs of each pupil

5. Encounters with employers and employees

7. Encounters with further and higher education

8. Personal guidance
