Five talented year 10 students participated in the Young Innovators Food Conference, where they showcased their culinary creativity and passion for world cuisines. The students prepared a diverse and flavourful menu that included Tandoori Nourish Chicken Salad, Harissa and Miso Aubergine and Polvorones Cuban Cookies. Each dish reflected the students' ability to combine unique flavours and techniques, embracing global food cultures while maintaining a focus on health and sustainability.
