Colin Pond Award Scholars 2024

It is with great pleasure to announce that five pupils in Year 12 were awarded the Colin Pond Award, receiving a £300 bursary.

The prestigious award is awarded by Barking and Dagenham council to the five pupils who achieved the highest GCSE grades in their school and stayed within the borough to continue their education.  The awards ceremony was an inspiring formal event and showcased the highest-performing pupils in schools across the borough. Pupils were awarded their scholarship by reputable guests, including the mayor of Barking and Dagenham and the borough's cabinet member for education and school improvement.
